The Rise has 2 contrast therapy rooms, each with a cold plunge tub and an infrared sauna, allowing you to rotate between hot and cold as you choose. The private rooms accommodate up to 5 guests and include showers and supplies.

INFRARED HEAT

Our saunas use full spectrum infrared heat to warm your body’s core temperature from within. Infrared saunas rely on lower air temperatures and thus a more comfortable experience than a traditional sauna while offering amazing health benefits. In addition to stress and pain relief, sauna use has been shown to improve cardiovascular and respiratory health. 

COLD PLUNGE

The Cold Plunge experience is all about awakening the body and sharpening the mind. While it may seem daunting at first, immersing yourself in cold water can have profound and lasting benefits. Cold exposure stimulates the nervous system, boosts circulation, reduces inflammation, and helps the body build resilience over time. It can also trigger the release of endorphins and dopamine, leaving you with a sense of clarity and vitality that lasts well beyond your session.

Many guests describe it as an instant reset—an energizing, empowering ritual that helps them feel more alive and present.

ADD HALO SALT THERAPY

Halo Salt Therapy, also known as dry salt therapy, is a natural treatment that involves breathing in micro-particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt. We offer halo therapy as an add-on to our infrared sauna services. It is known to help improve respiratory health, reduce inflammation, and offer relief from skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.  As you breathe in the salt particles, they work to clear the airways, reduce mucus, and promote deep relaxation, offering both therapeutic and calming benefits.

CONTRAST THERAPY PROTOCOLS

At The Rise, we encourage you to follow your own instincts when using the sauna and cold plunge. But if you like a bit of direction, it's often recommended to sauna for 20 minutes, cool off in the cold plunge for 3 minutes and rest for 5 minutes, then repeat. These times could be a stretch or simply impossible for some people, especially beginners, so please trust that you're getting benefits, regardless of how long you "endure."
